TERMS OF SERVICE
• i accept GCASH / PAYPAL INVOICE as payment methods.• i have the right to reject or cancel your commission if:
—i'm unable to draw it,
—there were issues with your request/s,
—you were rude and/or disrespectful.• please be sure that you want to commission me. i do not accept any refunds once I've started the sketch of the commission.
— i will only provide a full refund if i’m unable to do the commission or if you withdraw your slot before i started with the sketch.• it takes me at least a full week or two for every commission slot in the illustrations section, and at max it would be 3-4 weeks, so please be patient. rest assured, i do send updates when i'm working on your piece.• you will only receive a digital copy via email/gdrive, whichever of the two allows it, that contains the HD/original .png file of the commission. you may request a .jpeg file or a transparent .png file if you wish.• please discuss the commission with me first before paying. i will send you an invoice once i accept the commission, and that's the only time you're required to pay.• i accept full upfront and split 50-50 payments only. payments are accepted via paypal and gcash.• if you have any inquiries left, you can discuss it with me on my facebook, twitter, or instagram dms.
MY PROCESS
• You can communicate with me directly via Facebook Messenger, Instagram / Twitter DMs, or email(it may take a while to see the email though).• Once I confirm and accept your request, I will begin with the sketch.• Once I send you the sketch, I will send you an invoice for the payment.• Once I received full or partial payment, I will continue on with the lineart. During the sketch phase, you are entitled to make multiple revisions. During the lineart phase, you are entitled to 5 free major revisions. Do be mindful about asking.• Then, I will begin rendering and finalizing the piece. During this phase, any minor or major revision you ask for will cost an additional charge depending on the complexity of the revision, unless the revision is reasonable (eg. wrong hair color).• Once everything is settled, I will be sending a High Resolution .PNG file of the artwork/s via email or google drive. you are also free to ask for a .jpeg file or a transparent .png file if you require it. Please note that only those that availed for commercial purposes can sell/make profit from/claim the artwork as theirs.• My Turnaround Time is at least a week/2 weeks for every illustration, and at maximum it would be 3-4 weeks. Additionally, my turnaround time is at least month, and maximum two months for character sheets.
—My pace may become faster or slower, depending on your slot placement, my workload, health, school, incident/s, and/other major events in my life. if you want to have your artwork done as fast as possible, i do accept rush fees.• Please be reassured that I will contact you and give you a full refund in case I fail to do your commission because of an emergency or other reasons that prevent me from completing your commission.
